On this page we shall give some useful tips relating to our different teas - Our tip is: Always keep a couple of the 'right teas' handy.
The Stomach / Intestinum Tea and the Gall Bladder (and Liver Tea) could give you just the relieve you need after a late dinner and / or an extensive cocktail Party....

The 'Greenmind' Herbal Health Tea Colour Scheme:
In order to differentiate between the six different teas on offer, we have allocated a destinctive colour to each of the available teas in order to avoid confusion, should you consume more, than one tea:
- Blue     - Bladder and Kidney
- Red      - Cough
- Yellow  - Cold
- Green   - Gall Bladder / Liver
- White   - Calming
- Orange - Stomach / Intestinum



Calming Tea
This tea can help with feelings of anxiety, restlessness or if you have sleep problems. Like with all other 'Greenmind' teas the beneficial effects come from an old and proven composition of plants and herbs.
Preparation: Use one teaspoon or one of our 'Special Tea Strainers' and prepare in mug with boiling water.
Let the tea stand for 8 - 10 minutes

Gall Bladder and Liver Tea
This tea should be taken to treat non - infectious Gall Bladder problems or obstructions in the area of the Gall Bladder flow, problems in the area of the stomach and the intestines like an unpleasant feeling of fullness, wind and digestive problems.
Preparation: Use one teaspoon or one of our 'Special Tea Strainers' and prepare in mug with boiling water.
Let the tea stand for 8 - 10 minutes.


The 'Cold Tea' as well as the 'Cough Tea'
are just the right drink at this time of the year: Whether you catch it in the street or on public transport. Here are two separate teas, which help to counter the miserable feeling that comes with either the common cold or a cough. Sometimes you might also encounter the 'dry cough' which is not necessarily linked to an infection. The 'Cough Tea' is just what you need.
Like with the above teas, the preparation is the same:
Use one teaspoon or one of our 'Special Tea Strainers' and prepare in mug with boiling water.
Let the tea stand for 8 - 10 minutes.

Bladder and Kidney Tea
The cold season can have some nasty side effects:
Our 'Greenmind' Bladder and Kidney tea with its natural diuretic effect, based on the proven composition of its herbs and plants, creates a natural relief.
The preparation:
Use one heaped teaspoon or one of our 'Special Tea Strainers' and prepare in a mug with boiling water.
Let the tea stand for 8 - 10 minutes, preferably cover the mug.
